A former portfolio manager in finance, Pierre made a brilliant career change to winemaking after studying oenology in Beaune. He honed his skills for over a year with Cécile and Philippe Valette before embarking on his own winemaking adventure, purchasing a small hectare in 2019 in the Mâconnais region, in Uchizy. Pierre advocates a non-interventionist winemaking approach, aging his wines in old barrels and stainless steel tanks.
