Since 1877, the Tosa Shuzo brewery, located in the village of Tosa in the heart of the Shikoku mountains, has been producing high-quality sake in harmony with the surrounding nature. Made from rice grown on terraces in the Tosa Reihoku region, this sake is distinguished by its dry, light, and refreshing taste, offering a beautiful balance between vegetal aromas and the umami of the rice. Ideal for pairing with fish dishes such as bonito tataki, sashimi, or simmered fish.
