Domaine Dauvissat Jean Père & Fils spans 22 hectares across seven villages, offering a beautiful expression of the diversity of the Chablis vineyards, with influences from both banks of the Serein Valley. Fabien, the winemaker, ages his wines for 18 months and began the organic conversion process in 2019. The estate also incorporates biodynamic practices.
