François Ganevat - Mon Rouge - 2023

Ganevat's Mon Rouge is a 100% Gamay red wine from France, made from grapes grown in Chiroubles (Beaujolais) and vinified using natural methods, including semi-carbonic maceration, indigenous yeasts, and no added sulfur. Its translucent ruby color precedes an explosive nose of red fruit, enhanced by light spices and a floral touch. On the palate, the fruit is crisp, the texture delicate yet present, supported by a balanced freshness and a slightly peppery finish.
