Domaine Tissot - En Barberon - 2022

Domaine André et Mireille Tissot, taken over by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot in 1990, covers 50 hectares in Montigny-les-Arsures, near Arbois, in the Jura region. A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture (certified since 2004), Stéphane brings out the best in the Jura terroir through respectful and precise winemaking. The 2022 En Barberon Chardonnay comes from soils rich in Lias limestone and is distinguished by its vinification without the addition of sulfur – a rarity among Chardonnays of this vintage.
