Domaine Miolanne - Volcane Rouge - 2024

Domaine Miolanne's Volcane Rouge is a natural red wine, made from 50% Gamay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes grown on volcanic clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 450 meters in the Sancy Massif. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, it is aged without racking for 4 to 6 months. This light and mineral wine reveals aromas of spicy red fruit, a supple and silky palate, lively acidity, and a saline finish marked by a smoky touch characteristic of the volcanic terroir.
