The Vieille Canaille cuvée is a natural red Beaujolais made from Gamay grapes grown on very old vines (70 to 80 years old) at Domaine des Canailles. The 2022 vintage reveals a finely structured and mineral character, with silky tannins supported by a beautiful tension. The nose blends notes of fresh red fruit with peppery nuances, while the mouthwatering finish confirms the purity of the wine. Made using biodynamic methods, with gentle maceration, and without filtration or fining (and very little sulfur added at bottling), this wine offers a vibrant and authentic expression of the terroir.
