Caroline Bain - Coeur Vaillant - 2020

The Alexandre and Caroline Bain estate was founded in 2007 on 11 hectares of 100% Sauvignon Blanc vines. Their goal is to produce authentic wines while respecting people, the land, and the environment. The vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, with manual labor, including the use of a draft horse to plow the plots. The grapes are harvested by hand at full maturity.

In the cellar, no chemical products are added, allowing the creation of natural, healthy and digestible wines.
