Champagne Chavost - Blanc d'assemblage

For the past two vintages, Champagne Chavost has been redefining cooperative winemaking. Proudly bearing the historic name of Chavot-Courcourt, this cooperative winery, founded in 1946, saw Fabian Daviaux initiate natural winemaking in 2020. On 5 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, he crafts zero-dosage champagnes with no added sulfites, revealing singular and authentic wines. A bold adventure to follow, where each vintage gains in finesse with age.
