Damien Bastian - Mon Blanc de la Haute - 2022

Damien Bastian, a former horticulturist who worked in Chad, switched to natural winemaking after a stint in the restaurant industry in Geneva. Trained by Dominique Lucas, he launched his business in 2017 with 75 ares of Chasselas vines in Marignan, Savoie, near Lake Geneva. Under the name "Ça Boit Libre" (It Drinks Freely), he produces free and vibrant wines, as a tribute to nature and to "Free Savoie".
